Capital increase spring 2022
In line with the company’s objectives, the board continuously assesses the possibilities for expansion and further development of the company’s operations. In collaboration with selected partners, Seismic Partner has planned to execute two to three seismic projects during 2022.
Therefore the company wants to carry out a capital increase. The total framework for the increase is USD 8 million. The capital increase will be carried out in two tranches, each amounting to approximate USD 4 million.
– Batch 1 will be completed in May.
– Batch 2 will be carried out in collaboration with folkeinvest.no, with a planned opening on 9 June 2022.

Seismic Partner, MCG and Geoex are pleased to announce that the LumiSeis™ Quad 35 Hybrid MC3D survey has successfully been completed!
The nodes have been deployed for FWI and detailed imaging in a very cost effective way.
We could not have realized such a technically and operationally advanced project during these challenging times without our project partners.
Our continued gratitude and appreciation is therefore given to BGP, MagSeis Fairfield, Reach Subsea and DUG
We eagerly await to see the superb results of this world first LumiSeis TM MC3D dataset.

LumiSeis Quad 35 is on its way
The project is focussing on improving the imaging of the prospective Quadrant 35 area to the North of the Troll field, covering Nova, Vega, Aurora and Grosbeak.
Project partner MCG is operating the project.
